A once-off membership fee of $35.00 per child is charged. This fee is non-refundable and is due and payable upon booking your child into lessons.

Group Lessons: $21.00 per lesson.

Private Lessons: $60.00 per lesson (1-on-1)

$65.00 /lesson (2-on-1).

We accept direct debit, cash, EFTPOS and credit cards to pay for all classes.

10 Weeks upfront payment = $210

Direct debit = $21 x # of days in the month (processed on the 28th monthly). Example 5 x Mondays in this calendar month equals $21 x 5 = $105

All payments are paid in advanced.

10 Weeks upfront payments are paid in 10 week blocks.

Direct debit deduction will be made monthly from your nominated bank account or credit card on the 28th (or next business day).

Each calendar year, we offer up to 4 weeks of class hold, allowing your child to stay enrolled with their favorite instructors on your preferred day and time—at no cost.

Holds can be set on your account for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to a maximum of 4 weeks. To apply a hold, please notify us in advance of your extended leave so we can adjust your booking fees.

Babies: Swim nappy, swimmers, towel and change of clothes. A rash top is required for adults accompanying babies in the pool.

Toddlers: Swim nappy, towels, swimmers and change of clothes. Goggles are optional.

Kids: Swimmers, goggles, swim cap, towel and change of clothes.

Swim nappies are mandatory for children who are not toilet trained.

Swim nappies are available for purchase at reception.

We offer one make-up lesson per calendar month for notified absences that comply with our policy. Please see full details in our Membership Policies.

Families will receive a 10% discount for the third and subsequent siblings that are from the same house hold.

In an unlikely event that a class is cancelled, you will not be charged.

Changes to the schedule will be communicated with as much notice as possible.

The temperature in our pool is 32 degrees Celsius year-round to ensure a comfortable environment for children.

Classes are 30-minute per lesson.

Every child is different so we can’t give you an exact estimation. All children learn at a different pace and develop their skills at different times. Continued attendance allows for efficient learning.

No, we are not closed during school holiday periods. This means you can depend on us, all year round with no lengthy gaps in between your healthy routines.

Children are welcomed from the age of 10 months.

Parents/guardians are required only for Crab Crawler classes. This class is dedicated to children who need a parents/guardians to assist them with gaining confidence in water.
