  • Crab Crawlers

    Age-based levels: 10-24 months

    Focuses on encouraging exploration and developing basic water skills through play-based activities. Designed to foster comfort and enjoyment in the water while gradually building essential water skills such as kicking, splashing, and basic movements.

    Goals:

    Develop basic water skills such as kicking and splashing.

    Promote water familiarity and comfort through play.

    Encourage parent-child bonding and trust in the water environment.

  • Goldfish Gliders

    Age-based levels: 2-3 years

    Toddlers learn to float, kick, and paddle with assistance from instructors. Through structured activities and guided practice, toddlers begin to explore and navigate the aquatic environment, preparing them for future swimming lessons.

    Goals:

    Develop fundamental water skills such as floating, kicking, and paddling.

    Introduce basic water safety practices.

    Build confidence and comfort in the water environment.

    Prepare toddlers for independent swimming lessons.

  • Penguin Paddlers

    Skill-based levels: Beginner

    This initial stage of our skill-based levels caters to children who are new to swimming or have limited experience in the water. In this class, instructors focus on building a strong foundation by introducing basic swimming techniques and water safety principles in a supportive environment.

    Goals:

    Develop water confidence and comfort.

    Learn basic breath control techniques.

    Begin to understand and practice floating on their front and back.

    Introduce basic kicking and paddling motions.

  • Seal Splashers

    Skill-based levels: Intermediate

    Builds upon the skills acquired in Penguin Paddlers. Children advance to more coordinated movements, focusing on improving their kicking technique, arm strokes, and breath control.

    Goals:

    Learning basic treading water techniques for water safety

    Refine kicking technique and build leg strength.

    Develop coordinated arm movements for basic strokes.

    Introduce rhythmic breathing techniques.

    Practice coordinated movements for front crawl and backstroke.

  • Dolphin Divers

    Skill-based levels: Advanced

    Refine kicking techniques and breath control acquired from Seal Splashers as they work on freestyle and backstroke skill development while building endurance.

    Goals:

    Introduction to stroke techniques like freestyle and backstroke.

    Teaching proper body position and streamlining techniques to reduce drag in the water.

    Emphasis on body position and streamlining.

    Emphasise water safety skills and awareness.

    Build endurance for longer swims.

  • Shark Strokers

    Skill-based levels: Advanced +

    Advanced + level where children refine their strokes and focus on building endurance and efficiency in the water.

    Goals:

    Advanced stroke technique refinement for efficiency and speed.

    Master freestyle and backstroke techniques.

    Refine stroke efficiency and technique.

    Introduce breaststroke and butterfly strokes.

    Increasing swim distances to improve endurance and stamina in each stroke.
